Hi, this was just a few of the children

 that came for story time Tuesday June 24.

 They heard several stories about Fish. 

After that we all played with finger paints and made a picture of a gold fish with our hands. This is not the finished product and I missed getting a picture when the children had finished, but I can tell you they turned out great.

After craft time we all got to have snack time!

Everything went very well and all had a good time.

There's only two more weeks before story time is over for the summer, so don't miss out!

June 17 2014 

Tuesday for story time we had the kindergarten teacher from Loxley Elementary School read about TIGERS! 

Then the children made a tiger face out of paper plates 

After the stories and craft the children had popcorn, suckers and lemonade.


So come on in for next weeks Story Time. Every Tuesday from 10:00 am till 10:45 am though July 8th 2014.

The Loxley Public Library and the Loxley Elementary School are getting together each Tuesday from 10:00 am to 10:45 am from June 3rd through July 8th for STORY TIME! Its always fun!!!! Last week Lisa Garnham the second grade teacher at

Loxley Elementary School read the children stories. There was a wonderful woman that came in with her DOG so that she could help the children understand how to take care of animals.

After Story Time the children get to get "CRAFTY" or they my get their faces painted by one of the volunteer's. The children have refreshments at the end of every STORY TIME.

You never know each week what kind of FUN we'll be having.

So come join us in a 

"FUN TIME!" . 

Oh I almost forgot! 

Read any eight books this summer and record them in your Imagination's Destination Journal.
